How does the food scoring system work?
Our AI analyzes each product's ingredient list, guaranteed analysis (protein, fat, fiber, moisture), and nutritional profile. We evaluate protein quality (named sources vs. generic), filler content (grains, by-products), and overall nutritional completeness. Each product receives a score from 1.0 to 5.0, where 5.0 represents the highest nutritional quality.

Where is my data stored?
All personal data is stored on Hetzner Cloud servers in Germany (EU). Your data never leaves the European Economic Area. We do not transfer data to the United States or any other country outside the EEA.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and encrypted at rest on our servers. Photo metadata (EXIF data, including GPS coordinates) is stripped upon upload. We take a privacy-first approach to everything we build.

Can I delete all my data?

What's the difference between Free and Premium?
Free includes health tracking for 2 cats, full food database access, 3 AI queries per month, 30-day health history, and feeding reminders. Premium adds unlimited cats, unlimited AI health advisor access, complete health history, personalized care plans, and priority support. Free is free forever — no trial, no credit card.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your device's app store settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Your Premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll be moved to the Free tier with no data loss.
